Returns

Need to return an item? No problem… In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order should you change your mind, and receive a full refund up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply return the items to us at the address below, along with the original invoice. A full refund will then be issued via your original payment method or as a gift voucher if you prefer, when your goods arrive back here and have been checked by our team. Please note, all returned products must be in a resalable condition. For items that are not deemed to be faulty an admin fee of £1.99 will be charged.
