Backscenes
Backscenes are an essential scenic feature of a model railway layout or model diorama. They can completely transform a scene, particularly when it comes to photography. A backscene adds unlimited depth and gives a real sense of location, era and season.
With clever use of well placed trees, chimneys and buildings to hide the joints, it's also possible to mix and match shorter backscenes on a large layout to create a completely unique backdrop for your layout. Additional components such as our backscene elements and ultra-low relief buildings can add further interest to a backscene without taking up valuable space on your baseboard.
