A versatile laser cut MDF baseboard, ideal for building a wide variety of dioramas and layouts. Suitable for all types and scales of military, aviation and road transport modelling, as well as small scale model railway layouts.These baseboards are very easy to build, taking just 5 to 10 minutes to assemble. No tools required, just a little wood glue. Can be assembled in either left or right-hand configuration, and come with bolts & spacers for bolting a left and right-hand module together. Base plinth has a 40mm high space underneath the entire baseboard for mounting motors, batteries and other electronic modules if required.Dimensions:

A perfect base for creating a diorama or as part of a larger baseboard for a layout.

Easy build baseboard

I’d been looking at these baseboards for a while, as my woodworking skills are sadly lacking. The space under the boards would also save me crawling under to fit point motors etc.

I wasn’t disappointed, the baseboard arrived in double quick time and proved to be as easy to build as stated on the website.

A quick test fit, some wood glue and in around 15 mins I had a new baseboard.

Need to order the rest of them now and crack on with the new layout.

Compact diorama board large enough for smaller 7mm scale models

Well-designed and easy to assemble using fingers and wood glue; no mallet required. I painted mine with Rustins MDF sealer on all surfaces as a precaution against future warping.
