It's been a busy week behind the scenes here at SMS as always, with lots of new figure packs from Preiser coming into stock again and a couple of new products.
Jack's Hut in OO/1:76
Tina and I spotted this lovely little hut at the end of the inner harbour at Charlestown a few weeks ago and I couldn't wait to have a crack at modelling it. Although the prototype is obviously used for nautical activities, it's such a versatile little building, it would be right at home in an industrial scene, sitting next to a railway line or of course, on a harbour or quayside. Nice and straightforward to build, with a choice of two wall finishes included. Plus lots of detailing parts so you can customise the look of the building to suit your needs. Thanks for your encouragement I must get going and try to rebuild my layout.I am stuck on what to build it on ie the most cost effective way. My aim is to create a layout on a six by four base in our back bedroom but I am unsure as to what it should be made off. Thanks.
