UK and NON-EU Countries Delivery Charges

We ship to the following:
Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Egypt, Iceland, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea Republic, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Syria, Tunisia, Republic of Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

If you're ordering heavier items such as ballast, baseboards and storage drawers, a delivery charge may not be displayed when you checkout. In this case, we will follow the process below:

  1. Your order will be prepared for shipping. 
  2. Quotation for shipping will be emailed to you.
  3. On approval, we'll issue an invoice for the shipping charge.
  4. As soon as the invoice is paid, we will dispatch your order and email you tracking details.

Most orders are dispatched in board-backed “Do Not Bend” Envelopes, or sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition (please do your bit and recycle the packaging where possible).

Orders under £40

Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Express delivery is nominally 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch.

Both services are fully tracked and are available for orders up to 30kg in weight. We are a small, family-run business, so, during busy times, handling times stated below may vary, particularly during peak season (October to May).

Orders over £40

*Express Delivery is not a guaranteed next-day service. While your order may arrive the following day in many cases, please keep in mind that handling time can sometimes take 1-2 days. If you do need guaranteed Next Day delivery, we recommend giving us a call on 01872 248878 to check availability and place your order direct.

**The time frames listed in the above tables only cover the shipping time and don't include the time it takes to handle and prepare your order. Please allow an extra 1 to 2 days handling time when ordering.


EU and Overseas Delivery *Updated Dec 2024*

Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations as of December 2024 we need to have a registered responsible person in an EU country who holds and maintains all safety data for every product we manufacture. It’s something we’re looking to address but the costs of implementation currently exceed our revenue, let alone the profit made on EU orders, which means it’s not currently commercially viable.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to all EU countries as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Southern Ireland, Spain and Sweden.

We are also unable to ship to Switzerland who adhere to EU regulations.

We are able to ship to Northern Ireland for the moment, but any new releases after 13th December 2024 are exempt from shipping due to a new agreement.


Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, or have changed your mind, you are welcome to return any unused products for a refund up to 30 days from receipt. Any items returned for a refund must be in a saleable condition, so please use the original box or packaging where possible.

Please return your unwanted items with the original invoice. Simply tick the relevant box in the "Returns" column next to the item(s) you're returning. Then pop the invoice and item(s) into the box or envelope ready to post.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returns (sorry), and the customers are required to pay for return postage back to our HQ. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Signed For. This is a fully insured service, so if anything goes missing in transit it's fully insured. Standard First and Second Class services from Royal Mail are not tracked or insured. Should anything go missing in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once an return has been received, please allow 5 to 7 working days for your return to be processed. Each return has to be checked over by us and a refund it then issued via your original payment method.
