Deluxe Materials Icy Sparkles: Adds an iced sparkle effect to your wintery scene, perfect for railway layouts, standalone dioramas, dolls house and garden scenes.

To use: First apply your snow scatter material such as Deluxe Materials Scenic Snow Flakes, or you may want to use Icy Sparkles direct without snow to look like frost. Sprinkle on the icy sparkles on top of snow or directly to buildings, windows, grass etc. Once dry the icy sparkles will give a frozen effect.  

Can be used with Deluxe Materials Scenic Spray Glue.
