What's the difference between Deluxe Materials BD-39 and BD-43? "Scenic Water" is designed for creating still, reflective water surfaces in small containers like ponds or tanks, while "Making Waves" is specifically formulated to create textured, moving water effects like ripples, waves, and waterfalls, often used with Scenic Fibres to add depth and structure to the flowing water.
