A realistic Buffer Stop with built in Light to add instant interest to the end of a siding or at platform ends on a railway terminus. Designed by Train Tech for Gaugemaster this detailed buffer stop simply clips on to the track - no wiring required! This easy to use item gives you an instant touch of realism. Compatible with both Analogue & DCC layouts. If used on DCC, both LED lights are on constantly, while on DC layouts, one light will come on and vary with the speed of the train. These items are ready to plant but can be enhanced further with painting and/or weathering. A superb accessory for any OO scale layout

Will the "GM55 Buffer Stop" be available in HO Scale

I really struggle with claims that these are DCC and DC Compatible.

With DC only one light comes on and only if the track is powered and the train is moving - so couldn't be less realistic.

With DCC the lights trigger occupancy detection permanently so they are unusable on a layout where this is used.

Other than that, a perfectly thought through product.
