    Product Description

    A common cause of poor-running locomotives is dirty wheels, and this Gaugemaster GM60 Wheel Cleaner is the perfect way to keep your OO Scale locomotives wheels clean and free from dirt. An essential tool for any railway modeller, simply sit this cleaner on your track and apply voltage to the section. Then hold the locomotive on the brass brushes and watch the wheels turn. The brass brushes on the top will clean the wheels in seconds! Plus being brass, the brushes won't damage your locomotives wheels. Multiple GM60's can be clipped together to create a longer cleaning brush.

    It works!

    I've tried others but this one actually works! I have small layouts with 0-4-0 locos like Pecketts and tiny Rustons so, live points and clean wheels are essential. I don't use abrasive track rubbers I use alcohol on fabric attached to a small block of wood. With this wheel cleaner I use a touch of alcohol on a cotton bud then put loco on those brass brushes and it's spot on.

    Using this for the 1st time, found it so easy to set up, excellent 👌

    Only tried it on one loco at the moment, a Bachmann Pannier, and it seems to work very well. Easy to use, just make sure the wire brush block is pushed down to make contact with the track, turn up the power and put loco on.
