Product Description

This versatile OO/HO scale Low Relief 1930's Factory card kit , typical of many old factories seen all around the UK, is ideal for use as a lineside feature at the back or side of your layout up against a backscene. This particular model is based on the real life Mitchell Grieve factory in a mining town in the Midlands. The kit comes with step by step instructions and uses high resolution, pre-weathered photo-realistic texture wraps over a series of 500gsm card layers which leave no unsightly cut card edges visible when construction is complete. The kit has an overall depth of 60mm giving a very realistic look, adding depth to the backscene on your layout. This kit is now available with Laser Cut / Pre-Cut Card base layers for ease of construction.

Low relief 1930s factory

A great kit, turned out very well. Make sure to read and understand the instructions. As a beginner I had to re check the instructions on few occasions to make sure I understood it, but very happy with the finished product.

Low relief industrial building

Wonderful model for the background of my layout. The print is photorealistic and suitably grimy. The layers can be a bit fiddly to line up but there are more in-depth instructions on their club website that augment the ones provided
