The kit itself comes with a weathered stone finish, very realistic windows and doors, tiled roof, section of asphalt roadway, pavement and cobbled rear yard. Also included is an outbuilding which has been converted into a small village shop, just like the real-life one, along with a surrounding wall for the rear yard, highly detailed gable ends, sandwich board, high resolution signage and much more. Separately applied detail including Extractor Fan vent, drain pipes, cellar doors, guttering and downpipes make this model stand out above the rest for the level of detail that can be achieved with paper and card using simple, easy to follow, construction methods having no visible cut card edges at all once construction is complete, giving you a final finish that's second to none!
