Product Description

A detailed and very realistic card & paper kit, with laser cut base layers. Featuring pre-weathered textures throughout, this authentic "greasy spoon" Roadside Cafe will look just like the real thing on your layout. Ideal for use in car parks, lay-bys and backstreet industrial scenes. Typical of roadside cafe's seen all over the UK, based on repurposed portable office buildings. Suitable for any layout set in the 1960's up to present day. Also features interior detailing with muddy footprints on the floor from all the lorry drivers & workmen dropping by for an all-day Belly Buster breakfast, fridge, counter & menu board. A selection of external signs are also included. Sturdy layered card construction with high-resolution paper texture wraps. A very realistic model with no visible cut card edges once complete. Compatible with all OO scale model railway layouts or 1:76 diecast dioramas.
Optional interior lighting kit available separately.

My purchase and build of the roadside cafe has greatly enhanced my model dockside railway. The model is very easy to build and a good start to card modelling, although I purchased the laser cut model which made the build a lot easier. I recommend this model with confidence.

Fionas roadside cafe

Good product and I liked the inside accessories (fridge, counter and blackboards) included in the kit. The delivery was on time too.

Nice cafe!

Nice little cafe I used for a bus depot staff cafe without the branding. It would be nice to suggest some appropriate tables and chairs as a might want to add product as the extra interior space could do with some

Poor quality materials

The finished kit doesn't look bad but I found the instructions weren't clear and the card is too thin.
