Product Description

Based on many outhouses from the early 20th century, this versatile building uses a design found all over the UK enabling it to fit with any location or railway region. This building features our new red brick textures, specifically an English bond. With strips of tiles included, you can remove tiles and add extra weathering to make the condition to your liking.

The door, door frame, wooden beams and toilet require painting before the kit is assembled which can be done with solvent or acrylic based paints.

This kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly and comes with fully weathered paper wraps and roof slates to create a "Realistically Better" finish straight from the pack.

Great little building

This was a great little kit to build. I had been looking for something like this to fit onto my railway club's layout. Fits perfectly into the corner of the allotment that is being built.

Out Houses

Excellent models, as usual. Could we have a cistern attachment for the inside as well at stone cladding ? In one of my homes we had a coal house that was attached as part of the out house.
