Based on the real-life prototype on Roscoe Street in Liverpool, this versatile industrial building has a million-and-one uses for any layout. From a scrap metal merchant to blacksmiths, boat builders to furniture makers, carpenters and joiners to a backstreet garage, even modern-day living accommodation, this kit can be anything you want it to be. Just let your imagination run wild!
Easy to build and packed with detail, laser-cut components make assembly a breeze. With finely engineered easy-install glazed windows, detailed interior walls, ceiling and flooring. A choice of weathered slate or corrugated iron roofing allows you to put your twist on the finished model, personalising it to your requirements.
As with many of our kits, the windows, doors and other details are supplied unpainted, so you can customise these to further personalise the look and feel of the completed building. All doors can be posed, giving you even further scope to create an unique scene.
Pre-weathered, aged brown brick wall textures give Rosco Street Works a real sense of history and atmosphere, and just like the real thing, it features Common Bond brickwork to the front and rear elevations, with Flemish Bond brickwork to the end walls.
For those building a more rural scene, alternative old stone wall wraps are also supplied with the kit, giving you further options to customise the building to your requirements.
Further details include guttering and downpipes, along with a couple of ladders to add a little extra detail as desired.
