The kit is based on a row of terraced shops from the early 20th century up in Leicestershire which has been fitted with a modern shop front.

Each kit comes with 28 shop signs so you can build everything from Tea Rooms to Butchers, Grocers to Accountants and much more!

Designed for effortless construction, the precision laser-cut parts make building quick and enjoyable. Featuring easy-fit glazed windows, pre-weathered chimneys, roof slates and poseable doors, this kit is ideal for both first-time builders and experienced modellers alike.

The shop building itself is assembled from laser-cut MDF components with slot and tab construction. The glazed windows are the new "Easy Fit" style that simply drop in from the outside and take just seconds to install. Guttering, downpipes and soil stack add detail the the front and rear of the building.

Each kit builds a single shop complete shop building with a modern style shopfront. Shopfronts and laser-cut detailing parts are supplied unpainted.
