LX008-N Laser Cut 6ft Wrought Iron Gates (Pack of 5) N/2mm/1:148

Product Description

A pack of LX008-N laser cut black wrought iron gates. Can be used on their own or in conjunction with our Wrought Iron Railings pack. Cut from 0.8mm laserboard to produce a durable gate kit. Ideal for use as factory, school or residential gates, this pack consists of two pairs of large gates spanning approx 28mm (14 scale feet), and three narrower personnel gates approx 7mm wide (3.5 scale feet). There's lots of uses for these on your N scale model railway layout or 1:148 diecast diorama. Gate posts also included. Simply paint the gates in your desired colour (acrylic paints recommended), then mark & drill pilot holes in your baseboard for the gate posts, then glue the posts into place, then glue the gates onto the hinges.

This is a really accurate representation and has just put the finishing touches to the school yard I've modeled.

What impressed me was how sharp the definition is with these laser kits, with no excess flash, and a clean break from the sprue.

I would highly recommend these to add realism to any model.

This was ideal for gates to my goods yard. The detail was very good even though it was in N gauge. This was the only place that I fond the gates and the service was very good. Ordered Friday evening and was delivered on Tuesday.I would recommend these to anyone.
