Product Description

A pack of laser cut Tube Clamp style safety railings for modern image OO scale model railway layouts. Based on the commonly seen Scaffolding Pole type railings. Ideal for lineside use around signals, equipment cabinets, alongside walkways and REBs. Also perfect for busy distribution depots, industrial scenes, factories and timber yards etc. Supplied unpainted in natural brown colour, ready for painting (artists acrylics are perfect for the job). Pack contains a selection of assorted railing sections which can be used individually or combined for longer length runs.

Key Features:
  • Simply remove from the fret & glue the railings into place
  • Flexible
  • Scale accuracy - We use a 0.1mm ceramic laser for very tight tolerances & accurate scaling from real life 1:1 prototypes.
  • Perfect for any OO / 1:76 / 4mm model railway layout or diorama.
  • Can be easily cut to length with scissors or a knife.
  • Railing Dimensions: Total Length L: 500mm approx x H: 16mm x D: 0.8mm

I wanted to add some safety railings on the brewery model I am making. I used wire and plastic at first and it never looked right. As soon as Justin said he was producing some tube clamp railings I new it would be a great improvement. I will post some pictures in the gallery. Roger.

Just what I was looking for, my layout is modern German and platforms have a railing on the ends to protect passengers, this kit has various widths to suit various scenarios. No assembly required, just paint to suit, silver acrylic looks like galvanised metal.
