Product Description

An easy to build laser cut & engraved small industrial unit / lineside building. Featuring laser engraved brickwork, plus detailed windows & doors, this building has a multitude of uses on your OO scale model railway layout or diecast diorama. The design features three front windows above the front door, two side windows & a rear fire exit.

The model is based on a Motor Factors (car spares shop) located close to our HQ here in Leicestershire, built around the late 1960's. The recessed front wall on the prototype is cement rendered with red brick walls on all other sides.
