An essential detail for every 1960s & 70's based traction maintenance depot. This laser cut kit builds a single locomotive maintenance platform based on the concrete platforms at the Tinsley depot. The kit features realistic treadplate detailing to the stair treads, plus weathered paper wrap for the platform top in a concrete finish complete with oil stains and wear marks.

Complete with piping & conduit for the underside of the platform, these will make the perfect addition to your depots. Can also be used for bus & lorry depots.

Two sets of support legs are included. Shorter ones shown are for use in depots with baseboard level floors. Longer support legs are included for depots with larger inspection pits / elevated track. Total platform length including steps is 335mm. Can be joined end to end to create a longer platform if needed.
