Product Description

An A5 sheet of pre-weathered, laser cut roof slates, ready to apply to the roofs of your 1/148 scale model buildings. These laser cut, pre-weathered slate strips are the fastest way for the discerning modeller to create a realistic roof on a model building. No painting or weathering required. Simply release the strips from the card sheet, trim & glue into place... Job done!

A single pack covers a roof area approximately 190mm x 70mm, and includes three ridge strips as well as wider slates for the ends of every other run, to give an incredibly realistic finish with no fuss.

Can be further painted and weathered if desired. Recommended glue: Deluxe Materials Roket Card Glue or Laser Cut Kit Glue.

The N scale weathered slates ended up being the perfect finishing touch for a little pub I've scratch built. It certainly helps to keep the rows aligned as they are on the original sheet, to keep the weathering patterns consistent across your roof. Relatively easy to apply, though a self-adhesive option would perhaps be nice in future. Cap slates were a bit small for this project, and very fiddly to bend down the middle, but no major problem. Overall, these are very well made, precisely cut, and they absolutely look the part when on the model. Very happy with these little slates, and would definitely order them again. One sheet was more than enough for the entire pub, with enough left to do an entire second similarly sized structure (approx. 5.5 x 6.5 cm).
