Product Description

A pack of 16 laser cut cart wheels ideal for detailing a rural scene, farm yard or wheelwright's workshop, or for scratch-building horse drawn carts etc.

Pack contains 8 large & 8 small wheels plus 8 large and 8 small leaf springs. Gear shown in product photo above not included. Supplied unpainted.

Key Features:

  • Laser Cut 0.8mm laserboard - You only need a knife to gently release the parts from the sheet, all cutting is done for you!
  • Requires painting with acrylic paints
  • Compatible with all makes of OO gauge model railway & 1:76 scale diecast diorama.
  • Supplied with easy to follow instructions, in a cellophane packet..
  • Large wheel dimensions: 16mm x 1.6mm
    Small wheel dimensions: 12mm x 1.6mm
Tools Required (Essential!):
  • Deluxe Materials Roket Card Glue or Laser Cut Kit Glue (Recommended) - A fine tipped applicator is essential.
  • Acrylic paints
  • A very sharp craft knife

Another "first class” product from SMS. I use the wheels and 'springs' on my scratch builds.

Nothing to "dislike" really - my only "problem" is that for my scratch builds they could be a little wider as I have to use 2 sometimes 3 combined to give the wheel a "thicker” appearance on the model, therefore reducing the pack by half / third. Nicely cut product otherwise and probably the only one of its type on the OO scale (wheels) market!!
