PECO's 60 Plans for Small Locations is THE classic C J Freezer planbook. Now in its ninth edition, the 60 plans are just as relevant today as they always have been.  Included is the famous Minories plan (SP35), the well-known and much-used three-platform city terminus, but the book is much more than just the one layout.

With an overall theme of utilising small spaces, the layouts vary from the simple circle, on a 4ft 6in x 3ft 3in baseboard, to garage-filling mainline designs, and lots of variety in between.
