The ST-413 is a double straight which has been pre-wired to allow power to be easily delivered to the track with power feeds ready soldered to the rails. 

PECO Code 80 track can be used for 4mm Scale (OO Gauge), or 3.5mm Scale ( HO gauge) to represent a narrow gauge railway. The high-quality, rigid track base, together with the nickel silver rails, is fully compatible with the PECO OO-9 Streamline track range, so can continue to be used as your layout grows and evolves.
