So far I have assembled one 5m length 3 wires high along an undulating embankment and another strip of about 2.5m 4 wires high, (3 for sheep, 4 for cattle). Threading the wires through about 1m at a time was the limit due to friction on the undulating fencing run. Joins made by opening out the holes of the joining to take two wires and wrapping the cut ends behind the poles. Touch of silver grey paint to just cover the light and dark faces of the posts, some slate grey for the wires and small bushes entangled with the wires. Job done, takes a bit of patience but the choice of wire is pretty good, could be better if blackened as shiny surface is difficult to get acrylic paint to stick to. Well worth the effort and pleased with the results. I really like the products made by this company, a very satisfied customer.

I’ve assembled a straight run of around 1m 4 wires high. It goes together very nicely as per the clear instructions, but it’s best to take a little time and not rush. I’m happy with the result, and although the wire is shiny I’m happy to leave it like that without painting. Maybe it will weather naturally with time.

Got the laser cut fencing with the wire to replace the fencing I made myself that wasn’t to scale. The wire is a bit fiddly to thread but when it’s done it looks a million times better than what I made, priced very reasonable and first class service.

    No drilling holes! (verified owner)

I love that these posts have the holes drilled already! it’s such a time saver and the consistency of the posts makes the fencing look really great. Run a black permanent marker over the wire to colour it .

Fantastic – simple, effective- cheap. Not that fiddly unless you are totally mal-cordinated. In which case maybe you should think about buying pre-built stuff?

This is a wonderful product. I decided a method of construction and share it here. Method. Take four similar lengths of wire, just a little more than the run you need.Put a bead or kink on the ends so they don’t fall off as you thread the posts o.Take four or five posts neatly lined up and thread the lowest wire through all five at same time. Repeat for the other wires. Add more groups of posts in similar fashion. Do not spread the posts yet, keep a bunch for the time being. Drill holes for your fence line. Move posts along wire leaving post 1 at start. Plant post 1 then spread posts to allow 2 to be planted. Repeat to end of row. This method allows you to tension the wires as you go. Good luck! Tom
