A pack of laser cut Tube Clamp style safety railings for modern image OO scale model railway layouts. Based on the commonly seen Scaffolding Pole type railings. Ideal for lineside use around signals, equipment cabinets, alongside walkways and REBs. Also perfect for busy distribution depots, industrial scenes, factories and timber yards etc. Supplied unpainted in natural brown colour, ready for painting (artists acrylics are perfect for the job). Pack contains a selection of assorted railing sections which can be used individually or combined for longer length runs.

When they arrived took them out of the packaging, primed them, painted them yellow. Cut them from the spruces and glue them in position. Easy and they look great.

It’s fine, but robust and looks the part.

I am in the process of building a container base extension to my layout and have built the Scalescenes T032 Gantry Crane. This needs safety railings and I have used these laser cut ones, which are brilliant. I air brushed them first with acrylic yellow paint and the results are outstanding. I wish I had bought the ladders to suit at the time to finish the unit off! I will post a picture on the gallery shortly.

At last! I have a 1970's BR layout and this style of safety railing was (and is) in use throughout the country. I painted the product using Vallejo Model Colour (Natural Steel) acrylic. Please make sure you have Roket card glue - it's almost essential !

Not used them yet but they certainly look the part. I know exactly where they will go and will certainly enhance my layout. Better than other manufacturers tube fencing.

Just what I was looking for, my layout is modern German and platforms have a railing on the ends to protect passengers, this kit has various widths to suit various scenarios. No assembly required, just paint to suit, silver acrylic looks like galvanised metal.

I have been looking for this product for a while, to produce safety railing for a signal box. Thanks, this is ideal.

I wanted to add some safety railings on the brewery model I am making. I used wire and plastic at first and it never looked right. As soon as Justin said he was producing some tube clamp railings I new it would be a great improvement. I will post some pictures in the gallery. Roger.
