I'd place them without hesitation on an OO layout — nobody's going to question it.

The figures come fully painted and assembled in a small protective box — ready to place. The accessories (squeegee, bucket) are delicate by nature of the scale, so handle with care. A tiny dab of scenic glue or tacky wax under the base is all you need to fix them in position on your layout.
