A 100ml tub of Scale Model Scenery Golden Brown / Earth Powder, which is perfect for creating gardens, country lanes, filling planters, allotments, fields and more on your model railway layout. This powder is super fine, giving a much more true-to-life appearance than using real sand, which is over-scale.

The stone powders will have a naturally lumpy look straight from the pot (see pic above). We recommend using a very fine sieve or tea strainer to break up the lumps to apply the stone powder, then securing it in place with a scenic spray glue or layering spray.

  • Scale compatibility: All modelling scales, including: OO, N, O & TT:120
  • May contain some larger, solid grains.

Golden Brown earth

Realistic when laid but does contain larger particles. Used for flowerbed.

A great surface for freshly turned over soil.

Looks really good as a base for garden beds. Would also be good used as an unplanted field. Totally happy with the results on the layout.

Looks GREAT

Although this is a 'stone' powder it great for representing soil and is exactly what I was look for. Please also see my review of SP001-00.
