This versatile O scale Low Relief 1930's Factory laser cut kit, typical of many old factories seen all around the UK, is ideal for use as an eye-catching lineside feature at the back or side of your layout up against a backscene. This particular model is based on the real life Mitchell Grieve factory in a mining town in the Midlands. The kit comes with step by step instructions and uses high resolution, pre-weathered photo-realistic texture wraps over a series of laser cut MDF base layers which leave no unsightly cut card edges visible when construction is complete. The kit has an overall depth of 70mm giving a very realistic look, adding depth to the backscene on your layout.
With lots of scope for modification and kit-bashing, this kit could be easily adapted into a dairy, bakery, mill or brewery.
Pre-weathered, transparent glazing coupled with laser cut window frames give lots of scope for interior lighting and detailing too.
Step-by-step instructions are included giving great results for modellers of all ages and abilities. Fully compatible with all model railway brands.

A great kit easy to put together, but worth doing a dry run first using tape just to fully understand how it goes together. Good instructions easy to follow. I modified two kits to make one large frontage, and also made it ultra low relief by just using the front facing's, did have to glue the sides on then cut then off to fill in the inter locking corners. Would recommend this kit to any body for filling in a back scene space.

A challenge for a newcomer but an enjoyable experience and a very satisfactory model on completion.
The number of buildings and options in O gauge is limited and so this low relief typical building of its type is welcomed. As always it is well thought out, fits nicely and looks awesome. Highly recommended.
Extremely easy to put together. Clear instructions with handy pictures. Plenty of scope for customisation. Very solid weighty structure when complete.
