Theres a fine line between a finished model and a believable scene. And often, its whats underfoot that makes all the difference. Ammo by MIG Jimenez A.MIG-2105 Muddy Ground gives you that essential, lived-in, weather-worn lookfast.
Designed for modellers who want results without complication, this water-based acrylic texture replicates damp, earthy terrain. Not dry and dusty. Not swampy. Just a well-trodden, soft surfaceideal for military dioramas, rural scenes, and realistic groundwork around buildings or tracks.
You can apply it straight from the jar with a brush or spatula, shaping and building the texture as you go. Once dry, it delivers a naturally irregular, matt finish with authentic depth and tone. No need for blending tricks or layering experiments.
Whether youre working in OO gauge, 1:35 scale, dolls house, or any other, Muddy Ground helps anchor your models in realismvisually and emotionally. Because when you get the ground right, everything else falls into place.
