BB029 Micro Layout Baseboard In A Box #1 (1102 x 250 x 221mm)

A versatile laser-cut micro-layout / diorama MDF baseboard based on our best-selling BB017 but with one open end so that it can be easily extended with the use of a BB021 baseboard. Ideal for building a wide variety of dioramas and layouts. Suitable for all types and scales of military, aviation and road transport modelling, as well as small-scale model railway layouts in OO scale, N and OO9 gauge.

These baseboards are very easy to build, taking just 5 to 10 minutes to assemble. No tools required, just a little wood glue. Base plinth has a 46mm high space underneath the entire baseboard for mounting motors, batteries and other electronic modules if required.

Knockouts are also included on the front & side panels to allow BB021 baseboards to be bolted on at right-angles to create an L shaped baseboard.

This baseboard has been designed to fit inside a Really Useful Plastic 77L plastic storage box for portability and easy storage when not in use.
