Although this looks like a simple double-track oval, the hidden sidings allow for off-scene changes to rolling stock. With a small goods yard for added interest, the backscene and rising hills provide a variety of views across the layout.

Buildings Suggestions

In what is essentially a bleak moorland environment, apart from the station buildings themselves, there are not many other structures needed.   Although, a  LX486-OO LMS lamp hut and maybe a KX071-OO lineside shed, alongside copious amounts of platform (LX293-OO) and lineside (LX006-OO) fencing, will definitely set the location.
