KX067-OO Terraced House / Cottage - OO/4mm/1:76

A laser-cut kit to build a single Terraced Cottage which can be used on its own or as part of a terrace. Makes the perfect accompaniment to our KX066-OO Period Terraced Shop Kit (shown in some of the photos). This particular model is for Road / Pavement level use and can be painted and detailed to have either a modern day or period appearance.

The kit is easy to assemble with the doors & windows being assembled from a series of simple layers, however, tweezers are recommended to handle some of the small parts.

The cottage building itself is assembled from laser-cut MDF components with slot & tab construction. The kit is supplied with both red brick and stone wraps in both left & right-hand configurations so you can choose which side to site the front door and rear porch.

Also included are pre-weathered roof slates which make completing the roof a breeze!

The windows doors and some other details are supplied unpainted. For painting we recommend spray or brushed acrylic paints. For the prototype build we sprayed the laserboard sheet with maroon Plastikote spray prior to cutting out the parts and assembling.
