Deluxe Materials AD-74 Ballast Magic: A fantastic new way to bond ballast and other granular materials on your railway layout, standalone dioramas or dolls house gardens, such as coal and other landscaping products. Plus the bond is completely reversible using warm water!

If you decide to make a change to your scene and need to remove the ballast, it can now be removed and reused! Simply mix 1 part dry ballast bond powder with between 5 - 10 parts ballast/mineral material (1:7 is ideal). Apply to track or scenery as required, then spray gently with water for an instant bond. Adjust if necessary, then allow to dry thoroughly.
