A detailed and very realistic KX012-OO Roadside Cafe Fiona's - OO/4mm/1:76 card & paper kit, with laser-cut base layers. Featuring pre-weathered paper wraps throughout, this authentic "greasy spoon" Roadside Cafe will look just like the real thing on your layout. Ideal for use in car parks, lay-bys and backstreet industrial scenes. Typical of roadside cafes seen all over the UK, based on repurposed portable office buildings. Suitable for any layout set in the 1960's up to the present day.

Also features interior vinyl checkerboard flooring effect paper wraps with muddy footprints on the floor from all the lorry drivers & workmen dropping by for an all-day breakfast! Detailing accessories include an OO scale fridge, counter & menu board, plus a selection of external signs.

Sturdy layered card construction with high-resolution paper wraps. A very realistic model with no visible cut card edges once complete. Compatible with all OO scale model railway layouts or 1:76 diecast dioramas.

Care in lining up everything before gluing

I was impressed with the detail. Made it so roof detachable to show off interior items. The glazing I stuck to the walls but found distorted the walls when glue dry. Great fun building it.

Nice cafe!

Nice little cafe I used for a bus depot staff cafe without the branding. It would be nice to suggest some appropriate tables and chairs as a might want to add product as the extra interior space could do with some

A great addition to any layout.

My purchase and build of the roadside cafe has greatly enhanced my model dockside railway. The model is very easy to build and a good start to card modelling, although I purchased the laser cut model which made the build a lot easier. I recommend this model with confidence.
