An essential feature for any modern image model railway layout or diecast diorama, this mobile phone / telecommunications mast will become an instant talking point on your layout! Often seen alongside railway lines and close to level crossings. Laser cut from 0.4mm laserboard, it's straightforward to build, with all components being pre-cut, yet has a level of detail & intricacy that will amaze fellow modellers. The main tower comes as a single flat piece which is then folded and glued to form the triangular tower. Additional details such as the antennas, base and ladder are then added separately. The mast stands 295mm tall once assembled and is sturdy enough to stand the test of time on your layout. Also included is the familiar REB (Relocatable Equipment Building) which houses all the telecoms & electronics for the mast, and is again, very easy to build, with a fully weathered finish and its own air-conditioning unit. The mast itself comes unpainted, but can be quickly painted and weathered using standard acrylic paints applied from a spray can or with a brush. (It takes about a minute to paint it with a spray can).

This isn't the first time I've bought this kit. It's quite easy to build and looks fantastic when put in place on the layout. If you are modelling modern era this is a must have kit, great value easy build and looks sophisticated on the layout 10/10 from me

This was a very fiddly kit to build but once built looks great! I would have definitely painted the kit first before assembly so ended up spraying with an airbrush to get into all the small areas. Another great kit and will continue to purchase from you

A Brilliant Laser Cut Kit!

I'm still very new to kit building but was determined to give this kit a go, and I'm so glad I did! This may look difficult but with the straightforward and easy to read instructions you'll find it no trouble. The model itself really looks the part and is surprisingly sturdy. The additional small R.E.B building with detailed printed wraps and signs really finishes the kit off nicely. I'm very pleased and will be sure to have a bash at some of the other laser cut kits available now I know how easy they really are!

My First Ever Laser Cut Kit

This is the first time I have built a laser cut cart kit so I had no idea what to expect and yes the kit looks a bit daunting when you first open it but all I can say is what a fantastic kit I have ordered a second one ( as I am an expert now ) and I will definitely be having a go with some of the other products. Very well designed and surprisingly very easy to construct.
