A pack of 2 Ultra-Low Relief North Light Engine Shed / Wagon Works Side Wall blank MDF templates for scratch-building projects on your OO scale model railway layout or diecast diorama. Suitable for modern image and steam era model railway layouts. Based on a generic design that is suitable for use in pretty much any region but the protoype used to create these templates was an LNWR engine shed. 

These are simple shapes, designed to give you a head-start when scratch-building low relief buildings and can be covered in your choice of brick paper, plasticard, cardboard, or just painted and detailed as required.

Overlays for roofline, recessed brick panels & buttress / pillar bases are included.

Further detail can be added with the addition of our LX039-OO Extractor Fans & Air Conditioning Units etc.

So having a long pitched roof on my loft layout I needed ideas for low relief scenery, and these are just the ticket , so easy to make up to how u want them ,I have cut the office end off one piece and joined it to the other one to make a long factory side or engine shed side . So easy to use and strong so its technically possible to make a free standing unit with scratch building too ... absolutely would and will buy again
