Pipe bridges are commonly sites around factories and industrial manufacturing complexes, carrying everything from oil, water, waste products & all manner of chemicals to ingredients used in food production (Custard etc... if you know, you know!). And the LX514-OO Pipe Bridge Kit enables you to quickly and easily build your own pipe bridge with a span of up to 200mm.

This pipe bridge kit is perfect for linking factories, breweries and more and is supplied with 3 lengths of dowel to represent the pipe work and can be trimmed down to a number of different lengths, simply by trimming off excess girder sections.

Also included are two support legs which can be used to support the bridge with a clearance of up to 86mm underneath the bridge, or you can leave these off and simply fix the bridge to the walls of the opposing buildings. Handy pipe supports are also supplied in the kit to make installing the pipe a piece of cake.

The kit components are supplied unpainted, and can be simply painted and detailed with acrylic paints. We used a dark grey for the base coat of the main pipe bridge structure, and then while the paint was still slightly tacky we applied rust weathering powder with a soft, clean paintbrush.
