PECO PT515 Fine Tweezers: Essential Precision for the Workbench
Every modeller needs a reliable pair of tweezers on their bench. There are no gimmicks here—the PECO PT515 Fine Tweezers are simply a high-quality, straightforward tool designed to do exactly what you need: pick up and hold tiny things without dropping them.
High-Quality Stainless Steel
The problem with cheap, bargain-bin tweezers is that the metal is often too soft (I have a pair of lovely, black anodised tweezers but they're aluminium and bend so easily), meaning the tips easily bend or fail to meet flush. The PT515 tweezers are manufactured from durable stainless steel. This gives them a firm, reliable spring action, ensures the fine points align perfectly every time you squeeze, and prevents them from rusting over time.
The Ultimate General Purpose Tool
Whether you model in N gauge, OO, TT:120, or O, you will reach for these constantly. The fine-pointed profile is perfect for navigating tight spaces and handling delicate work where your fingers simply get in the way. They are highly recommended for:
- Placing tiny plastic, resin, or photo-etch kit components
- Dipping and applying delicate waterslide decals
- Threading fine wire or rigging on models
- Positioning scenic details like figures, signs, or static grass tufts
Key Features:
- Stainless Steel Construction: Durable, long-lasting, and highly resistant to rust and corrosion.
- Fine Precision Points: Perfectly aligned tips for a secure grip on the smallest parts.
- General Purpose Utility: The workhorse tool for everyday model railway and scale model building.
- Trusted Quality: Part of the reliable PECO tool range.
Stop struggling with cheap tools that won't grip properly. Add the PECO PT515 Fine Tweezers to your kit and make handling small parts simple and stress-free.
