This delightful Low Relief N gauge Georgian Town House is perfect for use on its own, making a grand statement as part of a street of smaller buildings or as part of a longer terrace such as those found in larger towns and cities like London, Bath & Liverpool. Designed to sit close up to your backscene this N gauge Georgian town house takes up minimal room but makes maximum impact with its grand doorway with porch and detailed stonework.

The kit is supplied with all the necessary doors and windows, roof panels, downspouts to create a very detailed model with minimal effort. With glazed windows, detailed chimneys & front door, quoins & overlayed stonework this N gauge Georgian townhouse will make a real statement on your model railway layout.

The kit is straightforward to assemble but there are some small, delicate parts in the kit, so tweezers are definitely recommended. The laser cut doors, windows, guttering and downpipes will need painting with acrylic paints prior to assembly. Some of the larger unpainted parts can be easily coloured with a simple permanent marker and the main walls can be painted with acrylic spray paints or wrapped with your own choice of brick, stone or render paper.

We've rated this kit as Skill Level 2, so not the easiest, but a good example to build a kit in 2mm / 1:148 scale.
