KX094-OO Stoney's Workshops (Set of 3 Buildings) - OO / 4mm / 1:76

A versatile OO gauge / 1:76 scale set of 3 laser-cut workshop buildings which can be configured in a number of arrangements to suit your requirements. Based on a real life building near to our factory, Stoney's Workshops feature lots of detail and realism captured from the prototype. A mix of a double entrance long workshop with sliding doors, two storey workshop with double, hinged doors to the side and single, hinged personnel door to the front, then a smaller, lean-to style workshop with single, hinged personnel door on the end. There's also the option to build the windows glazed or boarded up, plus guttering and downpipes for added detail.

The walls are finished in pre-weathered grey render wraps with lots of added realism including staining, cracks and algae. Interior textures are also provided, finished in worn whitewashed brick, again with a variety of stains and discolouration.

Once assembled, the buildings can be arranged however you wish; in a cluster configured to suit your needs, or as individual buildings dotted around your layout or diorama.

The kit is straightforward to assemble with paper texture wraps over a series of MDF layers which leave no unsightly visible when construction is complete. Some very small parts are used on the sliding doors, so tweezers are definitely recommended. An additional pair of hinged doors & frames are also included for those that don't fancy the challenge of the sliding doors.

Fully compatible with all model railway brands & buildings including Hornby, Bachmann, Superquick and Metcalfe.
