A laser cut kit to build a row of three, modular, brick railway arch retaining wall sections for your OO scale model railway layout or 1:76 scale diorama. Straightforward to assemble and feature pre-weathered, highly detailed brick paper wraps. Available with a choice of Red Brick, Blue Brick or Yellow London Brick wraps.
Modules feature tabs and slots on each side of the wall section to enable them to be connected together to create a longer run of brick railway arches with ease. No limit as to the overall length you can build.
The modules feature laser cut MDF base layers along with greyboard details for the wall coping and buttress tops. The rear of each wall section also features top detail so that the walls can be used up against a raised roadway etc.
The paper wrap sections can be mixed and matched during assembly to create a completely unique run of arches for your layout.
Further details can be added to the arches with our Shop Front kits and Roller Shutter Doors to create the impression of shops & lockups.

A great addition to the layout
I did not find the instructions easy to follow. Why are these arches sold in threes? Two or four in a pack seems more logical.

Very sturdy, easy to construct. I needed a lot ( about 10 feet in length ). Once I had made one set construction proceeded quickly as I no longer needed to keep refering to the instructions. These are well written and clear.
Bought a single pack of red brick low relief arches as a trial as I'm not a natural model maker! Product was easy to assemble and looked convincing. I therefore bought more to make up a longer section of background scenery. Lacking forethought, I did make the error of finishing the trial pack....so making it harder to then extend with further packs! Priced about right for what you end up with, and the images are a fair reflection.
The addition of a stone finish would be ideal
It would be great if the guide-lines for cutting the curved arch tabs were lined up with the mortar courses. When you are making a lot of arches there is a possibility of making an error. Having some "spare" brickwork for patching things up could be very helpful.
The arches were needed to form a boundary to a model tramway layout, and were ideal for the porpose.
well thought out design, excellent material and print quality, fine "scale model" appearance, just keep adding to the range!
It looks the part when placed on the layout, I'm very happy with the finished product.
An excellent kit - easy to build and looks great - one possible improvement perhaps would be ability to build appropriate pillars for ends of row of arches
Nothing all good
All very good solid wall when built,instructions easy to under stand and once built so good no pics as yet as model still in beginings of a new life will post a few soon.
Well made and clear instructions,attention to detail is so good ,window options a extra and makes a big differance,i have 3 shops and two semis ,i have sine bought 4 more and i am going to get another 6 to make a row of terraced houses shops.Scale scenes kits are so worth more than we pay and top Qualaty.
I spent ages trying to find a suitable low relief brick archway and this was the result. My layout is built on linear runners and can be pulled forward approx 18" to access the rear in case of the occasional accident or adding to scenery etc, that's why there is a gap at the bottom. Then build an "L" out of cereal packet and cover with the corresponding brick paper to hide the gap and job done.......almost forgot, add some graffiti for the final effect. Just got to fit the coping. The arches are simple and straight forward to build too.
This product was just what was needed to finish off an area at the end of my layout. Easy to construct and install and with some added graffiti really look the part.
VERY GOOD ARCHES
So, this is the fourth one I’ve purchased as I’m in the process of making a new viaduct, which is just over five feet in length. I’ve added some extra height and have included two road bridges and a few workshops etc. A great kit to adapt to your own needs.
