A pack of 7 strips of laser engraved platform coping in OO / 4mm / 1:76 scale for use when scratch-building platforms on your OO scale model railway layout. Features engraved concrete slab detail, with platform edge detail, but without the tactile paving seen on very modern platforms.

Supplied unpainted. Simply paint with your chosen colour of acrylic paints, then release from the laserboard sheet & glue into place. For curves platforms we recommend cutting the strips into their separate slabs & trimming of a little from each to work them around the curve.

Each coping slab is 12mm long and 10.8mm wide, based on the F.P. McCann Network Rail Platform Coping.

First time making platforms

Novice and first time making my own platforms. Pleased with the results. Realistic. Be careful not to let the paint fill up the indents. I found lightly dabbing with a makeup sponge gave best results.

LX317-00 Network Rail Platform Coping

Matches the prototype that I am copying. I can cut them easily to work on my slightly curved platforms. They are quite him so easily butt up to a thin card platform surface.
