The PL series of Turnout Motors is tried and tested, over the last 40 years literally millions of these motors have been sold by PECO and they're the most trusted point motor with modellers of all skill levels.
When the motor is clipped directly to the underside of a Peco Turnout, a rectangular hole 40mm x 24mm is required in the baseboard. You'll need to attach PL-13 and 15 Switches if you need switching for automatic polarity etc.
