SX011 Sanding Board

An essential tool for every modeller, miniaturist, kit builder and scratch-builder. Gives you a perfectly flat surface for sanding small parts, removing burrs and shaping small components.

Simply loosen the wing nuts, insert a piece of your chosen coarseness sandpaper or wet & dry paper under the clamp and re-tighten the wingnuts. Hold the sanding board in position on your bench, positioning the "hook" on the underside against the edge of your bench & gently rub the component on the paper, moving from the clamp to the opposite edge of the paper. Sandpaper not included.

The sanding board also features a 90 degree guide to assist in holding components perfectly vertical while sanding.

Precision cut from 4mm MDF for durability. Supplied flat-packed, easy-to-assemble and can be glued together with: PVA, wood glue or Deluxe Materials Super Phatic glue.
